seline; color: rgb(93, 93, 93); text-indent: 0px;">此次大賽從2016年11月17日開始，歷時2個月，面向全國開發者、科技企業、科研機構、高效學生、創客等群體.

seline; color: rgb(93, 93, 93); text-indent: 0px;">此次大賽采用開放式參賽的形式，涉及到智能家居、機器人、智能穿戴、汽車電子、IOT五大項目領域。參賽選手可以是智能硬件領域的技術控，也可以是不懂技術卻擁有創意的夢想者。技術控需要具備這五大參賽領域相關的智能硬件開發經驗和擁有成功解決方案的案例，夢想者需要擁有智能硬件新穎、可實現產品的創意。但是兩者提交的參賽項目要求最少接入一種科大訊飛智能語音技術（語音聽寫、語音合成、人臉識別、語音喚醒、麥克風陣列、AIUI等）。

seline; color: rgb(93, 93, 93); text-indent: 0px;">大賽分為初賽和決賽兩部分，初賽中，所有的參賽團隊必須通過上述兩種方式提交相關資料，大賽主辦方將對所有報名參賽的項目進行統一審核，按照大賽制定的標準擇優選擇20個項目晉級復賽，并提供相應開發板給晉級選手。而決賽中，晉級的選手需要在限定的開發時間內將自己的創意變現并提交相關文檔以及演示視頻。
